Now there's something for your ears! In today's article, we want to introduce you to the ever-expanding world of podcasts and keep an eye out for particularly "healthy" podcasts.
Personally, I like listening to them when I'm falling asleep or when I'm running. I think it's great to just listen to something instead of watching a video - our eyes are now very overstrained by the amount of screen time we spend on them and it's good to give them a regular break. And if you still want to learn something, podcasts are a good thing.
