Kalter Bruder® es un gel cosmético refrescante para deportes y
masajes para uso externo sobre la piel. Ha demostrado ser especialmente útil
para las piernas inquietas y con hormigueo, pero también se utiliza cada vez
más para problemas articulares y musculares.
Puede aumentar el efecto refrescante guardando el gel en el frigorífico,
lavándose bien la piel previamente (para que se desprenda la película grasa)
y luego aplicándolo de forma especialmente espesa. Es posible que todavía
esté muy húmedo después de frotarlo.
Los ejercicios deportivos, como las sentadillas, antes de su uso estimulan
la circulación sanguínea y pueden aumentar los efectos positivos.
El gel se absorbe rápidamente y se puede utilizar varias veces al día, por
ejemplo justo antes de acostarse.
