What causes bursitis?Bursitis often develops from repetitive stress or prolonged pressure on joints such as the knee, shoulder, or elbow. 1. Rest & Relief

If you have bursitis, the affected joint is overstrained, and the inflamed bursa is causing pain. 3. Physiotherapy and Gentle Exercise

Gentle movement and targeted exercises are essential to maintain and gradually improve the mobility of the affected joint. Physiotherapycan help enhance joint flexibility and strengthen the surrounding muscles.

Specialized exercises focusing on stretching and gentle movements can relieve tension around the joint and promote blood circulation. Incorporating yoga poses or specific stretching routines can also be beneficial to relax the muscles and provide long-term stability.

Regular movement helps the body transport essential nutrients to the affected tissue, which can accelerate healing and prevent future inflammations.
